Description
The main goal of this project was to recreate an environment based on an assigned 2D concept by Arthur Fan, translating its stylized, organic look into a photorealistic 3D scene.
The process started with modeling the structural and organic shapes in Maya to match the original proportions. Texturing was done inside Substance Painter, focusing on creating realistic materials and realistic surfaces. Finally, I managed the integration of the vegetation and set up the lighting in Maya to achieve a natural, believable mood, focusing on the realistic interaction between materials and light.
